Chris is a Partner & Managing Director at Vivaldi Capital Management San Diego. He has spent forty years in the accounting and financial services industry. His breadth of knowledge encompasses accounting, tax planning, investments, finance, wealth management, and a range of advisory services. Chris obtained his CPA while working at Price Waterhouse. He subsequently owned and operated a financial services company in Austin, Texas. Then Chris managed the operations of an investment firm in San Diego for over ten years. He founded Cornerstone Wealth Management in 1999 and eventually merged with Vivaldi in 2020. Chris graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1976 with a degree in Business Management/Finance after which he attended Golden Gate University in the San Francisco Bay Area focusing on accounting and tax law.
Chris is an active community leader and gives back through his many volunteer endeavors. He has served as president of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, president of the San Diego Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and a member of the Foundation Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego. Chris and his wife, Lesley, have been married since 1976 and have four children and ten grandchildren.
