SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate (CSA) to support our growing investment management firm and to work in a client-focused, team-centered environment assisting the firm’s advisors, clients, and operations/service team. The right candidate must be organized, have outstanding attention to detail, excellent computer proficiency, and very good communication skills.
CSAs are expected to create trust and a connection with clients and anticipate advisors needs to improve efficiency and allow advisors to focus on other areas. The CSA ensures client satisfaction through direct contact with clients, vendors, and other operational employees while adhering to regulatory standards. Hours are from 8am to 5pm and, from time-to-time, extra effort to complete deliverables on time.
Below is a list of some of the primary responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of proactive and reactive service to address client requests and inquiries
• Provide administrative support to a team of investment professionals
• Assist the operations/service team with daily and ongoing tasks
• Assist clients and advisors with requests, work with service providers, and perform operational duties such as client data gathering, new client onboarding, opening accounts, transfers, disbursements, account maintenance, investments and ongoing service processes
• Prepare new client and investment paperwork
• Day-to-day office operational functions (answering phones, filing, etc.) and general office support
• Help maintain organizational systems, files, and records
• Process emails and other client requests and route client requests accordingly
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of work
• Assist with client portal requests and other technology questions
• Problem solve to determine the most efficient method of resolution while complying with internal and external rules and regulations
• Adhere to regulatory standards
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Service-oriented professional preferably with a customer service background (specific financial services experience is good, but not required)
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
• High computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, CRMs, task management systems, portfolio management systems, e-signature, etc.
• Self-starter and team player
• Multi-tasking, time management skills, and being able to juggle various projects very important
• Must have a very strong attention to detail (i.e. a perfectionist type), strong ability to follow a defined process, be organized, meticulous, and be able to learn from mistakes
• Must have or be capable of learning appropriate paperwork and industry/firm procedures
• Dedicated and willing to work hard without compromising quality
• Capable of being confidential and adhering to rules and regulations
• Adaptability and flexibility are required along with the ability to work well under pressure and beyond standard hours during busy periods to meet tight deadlines

SUMMARY
A successful candidate will be expected to contribute in the following ways:
• Work with the third-party administrator (“TPA”) on a daily basis to ensure a.) the books and records of the funds are maintained completely and accurately b.) financial reporting is carried out on a timely basis in accordance with US GAAP; and c.) investor reporting is completed timely and accurately.
• Perform cash management activities such as sending wires for investment company purchases and fund expenses, confirming wire instructions, requesting draws and paydowns on the funds’ lines of credits, and reconciling capital calls.
• Assist in preparation of financial statement audits and regulatory compliance reporting.
• Review investor K-1s and other tax reporting and filings.
• Complete preparation and analytical review of weekly and monthly fund performance and investor reporting.
• Support investment and client service personnel on ad-hoc requests.
• Assist in special projects as requested.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Post-graduate work: CPA
• 2-3 years of experience working for financials services or top-tier accounting firm, with specialization in investment partnerships, hedge fund of funds, mutual funds or private equity.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, CRMs, task management systems, portfolio management systems, etc.
• Solid understanding of investment strategies across equities, fixed income, hedge funds, private equity, and real estate.
• Exposure to financial reporting, auditing and tax.
• Ability to work autonomously. Reliable, sees things through to completion.
• Team Player: Able to work with guidance from multiple professionals, prioritize workflow, and deliver on expectations.

SUMMARY
As an Advisor with Vivaldi Capital Management, LP, you will be accountable for identifying and developing client relationships within the high net worth and/or ultra- high net worth market. Advisors lead new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments and financial planning. This role is primarily responsible for generating new clients and managing the ongoing client experience while engaging internal resources to deliver a complete wealth management solution.
• Responsible for continuously engaging in new business development (to include prospecting, development of external and internal referral sources, use of personal and professional contacts) to deliver Vivaldi’s services to high net worth and/or ultra-high net worth prospects and clients
• Remain as the ongoing relationship manager for a specific portfolio of clients and ensure every client has a positive experience
• Utilize interactive and analytical skills to understand client needs and develop a clear perspective on specific client situations to proactively help clients meet their objectives and offer appropriate solutions to and recommend solutions that help meet their objectives or address any specific concerns the client may have
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of investments, trust concepts, asset allocation, portfolio reviews and identification of wealth planning opportunities
• Strong client relationship, prospecting and sales skills
• Demonstrated ability to close deals

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Seven plus years’ experience in private banking or wealth management developing business with high net worth and/or ultra-high net worth individuals and families
• Bachelors degree required, MBA, CFP, CFA or JD preferred
• Thorough knowledge of specific target market
• Established network of COIs (centers of influence) and sources for referrals
• Series 7, Series 63 and 65 (or series 66) required; unlicensed candidates will be considered, but will be required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
• If current or previously licensed, clean U-4 and U-5 history is required
