Danielle DiPaola is a Compliance Manager at Vivaldi Capital Management L.P. (VCM). Danielle works closely with the compliance team and Chief Compliance Officer to ensure the firm, and its activities comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
Prior to joining VCM, Danielle was a Compliance Officer with Morningstar Inc. At Morningstar, Danielle worked closely with the Investment Management and Retirement teams. In addition, Danielle supported the mutual funds to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements.
Danielle received a B.S. in Business Administration and Human Resources from St John Fisher College and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Nazareth College. Danielle holds the IACCP© designation, (Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional).
