Vivaldi Capital Management, LP (“VCM”), a privately-owned wealth and investment management firm, is continuing to expand its service footprint with the opening of a new branch office in Beachwood, Ohio. The office will be managed by William Proper and Greg Goldfeder, the former principals of The Proper Analysis Corporation, who will join Vivaldi as partners.
Bill’s background includes decades as a practicing CPA and 26 years as a registered investment adviser. Greg, a Chartered Financial Analyst, has 18 years of experience in the investment industry. “As we’ve rapidly grown across our Chicago headquarters and California locations, we continue to seek out firms that are a strong cultural fit within our wealth management philosophy,” commented Michael Peck, President and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Vivaldi. “Both Bill and Greg are highly regarded in the industry and their practice is a natural extension of the Chicago platform.”
The Proper Analysis Corporation has focused on the financial needs of high net worth individuals, principally in the greater Cleveland area, since 1993. The firm was an early adopter of broadly diversified portfolios that use numerous asset classes in addition to stocks and bonds. Again, seeking to be on the leading edge, Bill Proper wanted to join a progressive firm that can embrace unconventional ways for investors to reap benefits from creative yet prudent financial management.
